We collect information you provide directly, including: contact details (name, phone number, email address); service and property addresses; photos and other media of your property or items uploaded for an estimate or project; payment metadata handled via our payment processor (we do not store full card numbers); map and county-parcel lookups you perform or that are performed on your behalf; content of conversations with our AI assistants (Jeeves, the estimator chat); and any reviews or content you submit.

We use collected data to provide and improve the Platform: generating estimates and quotes, scheduling and dispatching work, processing payments, communicating with you about your requests, operating the property-planning tools, and (with consent) marketing and service communications.

We share data with service providers who process it on our behalf, including: Stripe (payment processing), Supabase (authentication and database hosting), Google Gemini (AI-generated estimates, chat responses, and concept renders — uploaded photos and chat content may be sent to this provider for processing), county-level GIS parcel data providers and OSRM (mapping and routing lookups), and Vercel Analytics (aggregate usage analytics). Each provider processes data under its own terms and only to the extent necessary to provide their service to us.

If you provide a phone number or email address, we may contact you about your request, quote, job, or account by email or SMS text message. SMS messages are transactional (service-related), require your consent, and you may opt out at any time by replying STOP. We retain personal data for as long as needed to provide the Platform, comply with legal obligations (including tax and payment records), resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Retention periods vary by data type.
